Student Wellness provides students with free, confidential access to a professional counsellor any time, anywhere, via phone or internet.
The Student Wellness program provides students with free, confidential access to a professional counsellor any time, anywhere. This program helps you face the challenges of balancing school, work, family, and other responsibilities. Also, it gives you access to various useful resources and interactive tools, such as the iConnectYou app (CBU Student Passcode: 235266).
The Student Wellness program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be accessed by phone or web. Available to all CBU STUDENTS.

What Student Wellness Provides:
Healthy Living: Information and referrals, articles on health and wellness, online assessments and stress management training.
Unhealthy Habits: Tips to quit smoking and tobacco, articles on healthy eating and fitness, and audio clips regarding stress management techniques.
Stress and Resiliency: Financial and legal consultation, articles on resilience, online assessments and stress management training, and work-life consultations.
Healthy Relationships: Articles on healthy communication, online training in conflict resolution, and legal/financial information for couples.
Anger Management: An online seminar to identify and manage anger, articles on anger control, and audio clips containing tips on anger.
Aware: Increasing awareness and commitment to intentional living, chronic medical conditions, and pain.
